Application purpose:
StealthGuard Mobile is an Android anti-theft and device-security application designed to protect users from unauthorized access and physical theft attempts.

Core capabilities:

• Detect suspicious movement and unauthorized unlock activity.
• Trigger immediate anti-theft alarms and security alerts.
• Preserve on-device evidence for incident review and recovery.

Google Sign-In and requested data

• Requested data: email, profile, openid.
• Purpose: secure account authentication.
• Purpose: account linking for subscription and plan status.
• Purpose: delivery of essential account and security notifications.

Data protection commitments:

• Google user data is used only for StealthGuard account and security operations.
• Google user data is not sold.
• Google user data is not shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Operational disclosures and app mechanics

• Device Administrator Permission: StealthGuard uses Android Device Administrator rights solely to lock your device screen automatically upon detecting an anti-theft alarm trigger.
• 5-Minute Auto-Disarm Safety Limit: Unhandled anti-theft alarms automatically disarm after 5 minutes to prevent battery exhaustion, accompanied by a system notification.
• Optional Premium Features: Optional Google Drive cloud backup and background location (for Outdoor Auto-Activation) are available for Premium subscribers and remain completely off by default until enabled by you.
• Location automation: Auto-activate outdoors and Auto-deactivate on return home are optional Premium features. Background location powers Auto-activate outdoors and Auto-deactivate on return home, which use your location even when the app is closed or not in use to arm and disarm protection automatically based on a home area you set. Background location is used only after you explicitly enable the feature. If you separately enable Google Drive Backup, an evidence report may include a location snapshot uploaded to your own Google Drive.
